Weekly Fone Update
Welcome to our weekly update!
Last week we were working on grouping pending transactions into a block and saving them to the “chain”. In order for this process to be successful, all pending transactions need to be approved by validators.
Once the desired amount of transactions is reached, they are all reviewed by a chosen validator. The validator checks each transaction to verify its authenticity and if all transactions are valid, it broadcasts a confirmation to the next chosen validator. The process can take as minimum as 3 validators, or as maximum as we choose. Upon confirmation of the last validator, the pending transactions are then hashed the same way a single transaction is, and then stored in the “chain”.
Next week, we will share more in-depth details of how validation works.
Stay tuned for more exciting news and weekly updates!
