Crypto Treasures Withdrawals

We want to thank you all for the amazing feedback and support we received with the release of Crypto Treasures 2.0!

There have been more than 50,000 Blockchain chests opened already and with that, the number of withdrawal requests has increased significantly.

It is our highest priority to review and complete every single request as fast as possible, which isn’t very easy due to congested ETH network, or high Network fees. This process repeats daily and slows the development of amazing new updates we have in our roadmap.

We do understand that reaching the withdrawal limit for some cryptocurrencies is now easier than ever. Most players in their excitement to withdraw, sometimes submit more than one withdrawal request per coin, which results in twice as many requests and with that, twice as much Network fees that need to be covered when sending the tokens.

Therefore, we have decided, instead of increasing the withdrawal limits, to make a small change to the way withdrawals are handled.

Starting today, submitting withdrawal requests will be available on Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). This might result in a few thousands of requests, so our support team will be manually going through all requests to confirm and approve them. It might take a few days to receive your transaction to your requested wallet addresses, depending on the number of withdrawal requests we receive.

This way you can earn throughout the week and submit your withdrawals during the weekend.

One request we have to help make this process as smooth and fast for everyone is to not submit multiple requests of the same currency, but instead, submit the entire amount you want to withdraw on a single request.
